Isn't She Lovely?

How do we know that we are loved exactly?

Well, this last week, I actually asked God to show me a sign. Isn’t that comical? Like, okay You created me in Your image and all, but PROVE you love me. I wish I could say I'm kidding, but...

What happened next, is what I like to call Divine timing. You see, some Village Well Sisters had gathered for a Paint Party when I was in NOLA and each created their own treasure. Unbeknownst to me, each woman also took a turn painting a part of themselves on a separate canvas - one just for me - with their fingers, hand prints, hearts, feet, and other body parts :) I will let your mind go exactly where it was going! The finished product is the above physical manifestation and demonstration of their collective love for me. A marvelous, bohemian elephant took her place front and center, leading the way, as Karen Adamski put the finishing touches together.

Spirit was large and in charge, and through the love of these women, intentionally and purposely brought the piece to completion. And me? Well, I sobbed like a baby.

So I am just saying…if you’re ever feeling like you’re not sure that you’re loved, it doesn’t hurt to ask for a sign.
