Feeling underwater? Overwhelmed? Joyless? Stuck? Let’s write together and find the way forward.

​Join Annemarie Kelly-Harbaugh and Michelle Francois-Walsh on a magical and FUN journey through writing.
We’ll put pens on the page in order to move past ego and self-doubt and all the voices that tell us we’re not enough. This is a workshop where we write, but we’re not critiquing one another’s work or giving feedback. We’re simply generating new work together, lifting each other up, and sharing the truths that only surface when we get out of our own way.
With prompts ranging from Ada Limón to Gabrielle Zevin, this workshop is for anyone at any stage who wants to jump-start and write with more joy and abandon. Participants can expect to leave with a half-dozen drafted personal essays, tips for finishing and publishing them, as well as a rejuvenated sense of what brings us to the page in the first place.

Welcome to Soul Sauce Writing. A sacred space for you to relax and let the love flow!
​As a facilitator, I love using my gifts of intuition and humor to "read the room". This allows for both a divine individual and collective experience.
​
​Soul Sauce Sessions use poetry, prose and/or music for inspiration to craft 2 - 3 pieces each time. Like a rinse cycle, we will write, share and repeat.
​
We focus on flow not feedback. On liberation more than publication (although often stunning pieces are crafted during class).We are giving a big middle finger to the inner critic by allowing ourselves to unleash unapologetically and hit the release valve. Our group will be a intimate container filled with 8 kindreds, building capacity each time we meet.
