Lynn has been walking a spiritual / shamanic journey for decades, acquiring helpful tools in her toolkit along the way. Lynn's greatest joy in life is to help others to find their inner guides and strengths, and to challenge the external and internal voices that sometimes throw barriers in our path. Using tools such as the system of reiki, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and guided meditation, amongst other modalities, Lynn's gentle and humor-filled style of guidance allows co-collaborators to feel calmer, more centered, rooted and spacious. This brings about opportunities to move from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, decrease anxiety, and open us to respond - rather than react - to life's choices and challenges. By aligning with the flow of the universe, we get to watch the magic happen, together!
