Donna Isip Dela Rama: Mini Mystic & Wellness Practitioner
Two decades after a chance introduction to OM Yoga with Cyndi Lee, Donna Isip is back in the studio as a practitioner and guide. Embracing the holistic symphony of mind, body, and soul - she combines the practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Reiki-infused Sound Baths - taking great care to create a safe sanctuary for rest and healing.

Consie Sindet: Creativity Coach
Consie Sindet is a Creativity Coach and Teacher who uses mixed media and art journaling as an invitation to find delight, freedom and going with the flow. She believes that we should always be learning, growing, trying, failing and embracing the process. She wants everyone to know that if you start with the curiosity, playfulness, and joy by slapping down some paint, gluing magazine pages to a piece of paper, adding doodling & marks, finding a quote that screams...'THIS IS HOW I FEEL TODAY!"...and calling it good enough, the deep stuff will show up and allow you to find yourself.

John Roedel is a comic who unexpectedly gained notability as a writer and poet through his heartfelt Facebook conversations that went viral and became an Amazon best-selling book titled, Hey God. Hey John.
He is the author of five books—Hey God. Hey John, Any Given Someday, Untied: The Poetry of What Comes Next, Remedy, and his latest work, Upon Departure, which explores through poetry the concept of our grief as a natural wonder that terraforms the landscape of our world in increments.
Offering a sincere and very relatable look at his faith crisis, mental health, personal struggles, perception of our world, and even his fashion sense, John's writing has been shared millions of times across social media and lauded by fans and readers worldwide. Karah Kemmerly: Queer Poet & Artist
Karah Kemmerly is a queer poet and fiber artist who grew up in the California Central Valley. Her poems appear in gigantic sequins, Redivider, and Breakwater Review, and her debut chapbook, warm-blooded, was published by Ethel in Fall 2023. In addition to making poems and poetry-comics, she enjoys experimenting with embroidery, weaving, watercolors, and natural dyes. She lives in Portland, Oregon, where she teaches writing at Portland Community College, works as the managing editor for YesYes Books, studies counseling at Lewis & Clark College, and makes zines through Conjunction Press.

Mandy's mission is to inspire holistic well-being and inner connection by integrating the wisdom of yoga, energy work, sound, and creativity. Drawing from her degree in Contemplative Psychology of Health and Healing from the Naropa Institute and a master's in Yoga Studies and Mindful Movement from Prescott College, and guided by esteemed teachers such as Guru Baba Hari Dass, Shiva Rea, Bhavani Maki, and Maria Garre, Mandy blends Prana Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Lunar, and Solar practices with the healing arts of Reiki, Ayurveda, and the rhythms of nature. Through movement, mindfulness, and artistic expression, Mandy strives to guide others toward a deeper connection with their true selves and the vibrant energy of life.
Mandy envisions a world where wellness feels natural and accessible, where people honor their rhythms and embrace their inner strength and vitality. Mandy believes that together, we can create space for healing, growth, and connection.
