Join us as we welcome Fall with this 5 day exclusive maiden voyage to Sedona, Arizona.

 

This retreat will be co-facilitated by Shamamama, Karen Adamski, Spiritual Intuitive, Jessica Davis, and Empowerment Coach, Michelle Francois-Walsh.

Our time will be dedicated to meditation, creative expression, drumming, painting, day trip to sacred sites, writing, spiritual guidance, chilling on the deck, naps and star gazing.  Some optional day trips will include: Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Boynton Canyon, Airport Mesa, and/or Chapel of the Holy Cross.
